Cheney

Cheney is area located along the Garapito Creek watershed.  It is particularly nice in that, unlike many other areas of the Canyon, it is free of noise from Topanga Canyon Boulevard.  It has the feeling of being very remote, but is very close to the Boulevard.  Another plus is that many homes here come with flat land, a rare commodity in other parts of the Canyon.   Also, at the very end of the Canyon, there is access to a fire road leading to Topanga State Park.  Plenty of horse properties and even some swimming pools (another rare commodity!).   All in all, Cheney is one of the nicest areas of the Canyon in our opinion.
